Spriga

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Spriga. They are written to be read, not skimmed — the short version: you stay in control of your account, you can cancel anytime, and you use the service at your own risk on Instagram.

1. What Spriga is

Spriga is a subscription service that helps grow your Instagram audience. After you connect an Instagram account, Spriga performs actions on your behalf — following, liking and commenting on accounts that match your targeting — at a deliberately slow, human-like pace. Spriga is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You may only connect Instagram accounts that you own or are explicitly authorized to manage.

3. Authorization to act on your Instagram account

By connecting an Instagram account, you expressly authorize Spriga to sign in to that account and perform follows, likes, comments and related actions on your behalf. You acknowledge that automated activity may violate Instagram’s Terms of Use, and that Instagram may restrict, suspend or disable accounts at its sole discretion. Spriga paces activity conservatively to reduce this risk, but cannot eliminate it. You accept this risk; Spriga is not responsible for actions Instagram takes against your account.

4. Payments, cancellation and refunds

Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card details. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and no further charges are made. Your first payment is backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee: if Spriga isn’t right for you, write to us within 14 days of that first payment and we will refund it in full. This is a guarantee that you can get your money back — not a guarantee of any particular growth result.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Spriga to send spam, harass others, promote illegal content, manage accounts you are not authorized to manage, or attempt to probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules or put the service or other users at risk.

6. Termination

You can disconnect an Instagram account or delete your Spriga account at any time — disconnecting immediately erases the stored credentials and session for that account. We may suspend or terminate the service for breach of these terms, with notice where practical. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as limitations of liability) survive termination.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Spriga is provided “as is”. Growth results depend on your niche, content and consistency — no specific outcome is guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spriga’s total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of an Instagram account.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Spriga after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Who operates Spriga

Spriga is an independent service operated from Thailand. The operator is the data controller responsible for the service; you can reach us at support@spriga.co. For how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute arising out of them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
