SprigaSpriga

Billing & refunds

Spriga is prepaid and itemised. You buy comments up front, one comment costs one credit, and a credit only leaves your wallet when that comment has been confirmed posted. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and nothing expires.

The unit you are buying

One credit buys one comment mentioning your handle, placed under a recent public post in your niche. Ten comments go under each post, so a thousand credits is roughly a hundred posts. That is the whole billing model — no seats, no monthly fee, no minimum.

Your first promotion starts with 100 free comments. No card is asked for, and you only need a verified email address.

What a pack costs

  • 1,000 comments — €19.90
  • 5,000 comments — €89.90
  • 10,000 comments — €159.90

Prices are in euro and include VAT where it applies to you; the exact tax line is shown at checkout before you pay. Bigger packs cost less per comment — that is the only difference between them. Every pack is a one-time purchase. See pricing for what each pack buys at your pace.

When a credit is spent

A credit is deducted when our delivery partner confirms the comment landed — never when an order is placed. If a comment is not delivered, the credit stays in your wallet and can be spent again. You can see every movement, order by order, in the ledger on your dashboard.

Credits queued into orders that are still in flight are shown as committed. They are not spent yet, but they are already promised to a placement, which is why the wallet shows the two numbers separately.

Instagram or a post owner can delete a comment after it goes live. That charge stands: the placement happened and was paid for downstream. We do not credit removals back.

Credits never expire. Pausing or stopping a promotion keeps the balance for as long as you want it.

How you pay

Checkout runs on Stripe and takes cards. Your card number never reaches Spriga — Stripe stores it, and we only ever hold a reference to it so you can turn on auto-refill later without typing it again.

Once you have bought a pack, the Billing button in your settings opens the Stripe customer portal, where every receipt lives and where you can replace or remove the saved card. Removing the card there also stops auto-refill from being able to charge.

Auto-refill

Auto-refill is off unless you switch it on. When it is on, we charge your saved card for the pack you picked as soon as your uncommitted balance falls below the threshold shown next to the setting — so a promotion that is working does not stop at midnight for want of credits.

At most one automatic charge is made per hour, however low the balance goes. Switching auto-refill off in your dashboard or settings takes effect immediately and withdraws the authorisation.

If the card is declined we switch auto-refill off, email you, and leave the balance alone — we never retry a declined card in a loop. Update the card and tick the setting again to resume.

Refunds

Credit purchases are final and unused credits are not refunded. What you get in exchange is that they never expire, and that they are only ever spent on comments confirmed as posted. An undelivered comment costs you nothing, and a paused promotion keeps its balance indefinitely.

Because the credits are usable the moment you pay, you are asked at checkout to agree that we begin supplying the service straight away, and to acknowledge that this means you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once the credits are in your wallet. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law where you live.

Deleting your Spriga account forfeits any credits still in it. Spend the balance first if you want the value of it.

What we do put right

The policy above is about buyer’s remorse, not about our mistakes. Write to us and we will fix it if:

  • — a charge appears that you did not authorise;
  • — you were charged twice for the same purchase;
  • — credits were deducted for comments that were never actually posted;
  • — auto-refill charged you after you switched it off, or more than the cooldown allows.

Send the order or ledger line from your dashboard and we will trace it. A chargeback filed with your bank is slower than an email to us and freezes the account while it runs, so please write first.

Questions about a charge

Write to support@spriga.co from the address on the account, with the date and amount. See also our Terms, which govern the purchase, and the contact page for everything else.
