One address, read by the people who build Spriga: support@spriga.co. No ticket queue, no chatbot, no phone line — write in plain words and you will get a plain answer.
Most of what people email about is faster to do yourself, from the dashboard:
The FAQ answers what the service does and does not do, and billing & refunds covers when a credit is spent.
Write from the email address on the account and give us the date and the amount, or paste the line from your dashboard ledger. That is enough to trace any order end to end. Read billing & refunds first — it says what we put right and what is final.

You can delete your account and everything attached to it yourself, from settings, without asking us. If you would rather have a copy of your data, want a correction, or have a question about a processor we use, write from the account address and say what you want — the Privacy Policy lists what we hold and who touches it.

If a comment placed through Spriga is being used to impersonate or harass you or your brand, or names a handle whose owner did not ask for it, tell us and we will stop it. Send the link to the post, the text of the comment, and the handle it mentions. You do not need a Spriga account to report one.

Spriga is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram or Meta. We cannot recover a locked Instagram account, appeal a ban, restore a deleted post, or contact Instagram on your behalf — we never hold a credential to your account and have no channel to them. For anything about your Instagram account itself, go to Instagram.
Mail is read every working day and most replies go out within one. If something is broken on our side we will tell you what happened rather than close the thread quietly.
Spriga is operated from Thailand; the operator is the data controller for the service and is reachable at the address above. See the Terms for who you are contracting with and under which law.
